Analytics is a critical tool in a companys Customer eXperience toolkit. Good reporting and analytics tools allow a company to properly track (and measure) their communications and interactions with customers.

We classify a company as an "Analytics" provider if their software or product is primarily designed to provide reporting, data or other insights into their customer interactions.

As an example, a company that provides dashboards or reports for use by a contact center would be classified as an "Analytics" provider. A company that provides a call center platform that includes reporting and analytics would not be classified as an "Analytics" provider.
