Wonderful Call Center AI Software

About Wonderful

Wonderful started in 2025 with a focus on putting AI agents into the customer service operations of large companies. Co-founders Bar Winkler and Roey Lalazar built the company around forward-deployed teams in each country, so the agents are tuned to local languages, regulations, and back-office systems rather than shipped as a generic product.

That approach attracted capital quickly. After a seed round and a $100 million Series A led by Index Ventures, Wonderful raised a $150 million Series B in March 2026 at a $2 billion valuation, led by Insight Partners. Six months later, on September 2, 2026, it announced a $550 million Series C at a $5 billion valuation. Insight led again, Salesforce came in as a new investor, and Index Ventures, IVP, Vine Ventures, 9Yards, and Bessemer Venture Partners returned. The company said it had grown to 650 employees and more than 35 markets.

The product has widened along the way. Wonderful now describes its platform as an AI OS that coordinates conversational agents, managed workflows, productivity agents for employees, and AI-native applications on shared enterprise context and governance. It is model-agnostic and can run in any cloud or on premises.

Customer service is still the core use case. In a published case study, Bezeq uses Wonderful voice agents for a customer base of more than five million users, and FC Bayern appears among the brands on its site.
