Verint Call Center Analytics
About Verint
Verint Systems Inc. is a Melville, New York CX-automation company founded in 1994. It sells WEM, quality, analytics, and agentic bots as an open platform that integrates with existing contact-center tech. Thoma Bravo’s acquisition closed November 26, 2025 (~$2 billion including debt per contemporaneous coverage; the 8-K describes Verint becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of Calabrio, Inc.). The combined firm announced a unified Verint brand in February 2026, with Dave Rhodes as CEO. Verint is private; VRNT no longer trades. Last audited public revenue was $909 million (FY2025). Buyers still encounter Calabrio-branded WEM modules inside the Verint portfolio.
