Qualtrics Call Center Analytics

About Qualtrics

Qualtrics is a privately held experience management company that sells the Qualtrics XM Platform for customer experience, employee experience, and market research. Founded in 2002 and co-headquartered in Provo, Utah, and Seattle, the company positions XM as a system that listens across surveys, calls, digital behavior, and service interactions, analyzes sentiment and themes, and triggers action through dashboards, workflows, and Experience Agents. Official product pages cover Voice of Customer, omnichannel and location experience management, digital experience analytics, contact center analytics, and AI-assisted research. The About page states that more than 20,000 brands use Qualtrics. Qualtrics is treated here as an XM and VoC analytics platform, not as an SAP financials roll-up. SAP acquired Qualtrics in 2019, took it public on Nasdaq as XM in January 2021, and sold it in an all-cash deal completed on June 28, 2023. Silver Lake and CPP Investments acquired the outstanding shares, including SAP's majority stake, and Qualtrics stock ceased trading. Accel, BDT & MSD Partners, and DFO Management co-invested at close. Jason Maynard became CEO on February 3, 2026. Wikipedia states Qualtrics later completed a $6.75 billion acquisition of Press Ganey. No current public ticker or current-year revenue is disclosed. Wikipedia's last public figures are FY2022 revenue of US$1.46 billion and about 5,600 employees as of December 2022. Those figures are historical only and are not copied into current revenue or headcount fields.
