Netomi Call Center AI Software
About Netomi
Netomi sells an agentic AI platform to large enterprises that want AI to handle customer service in high-volume, heavily governed settings. Founder and CEO Puneet Mehta started the company as msg.ai in 2015 after a career building low-latency trading engines, and it joined Y Combinator in Winter 2016 before renaming to Netomi in 2018. Early backers include Index Ventures, Greg Brockman, Demis Hassabis, and Mustafa Suleyman. WndrCo led a $30 million Series B in 2021. On 30 April 2026 the company announced $110 million led by Accenture Ventures, with Adobe Ventures, WndrCo, Silver Lake Waterman, NAVER Ventures, Metis Strategy, and Fin Capital. Jeffrey Katzenberg of WndrCo sits on the board. Accenture Song paired the investment with a strategic alliance to deploy Netomi with its clients, and Adobe plans to connect it to Brand Concierge. Netomi did not disclose a valuation or revenue. OpenAI's case study describes an Agentic OS that uses GPT-4.1 for fast tool calls and GPT-5.2 for multi-step planning, inside a governance layer that validates tool calls, enforces policy, masks PII, and falls back to safe paths when confidence drops. At DraftKings the platform has handled spikes above 40,000 concurrent requests per second with sub-three-second responses. Paramount deployed it across chat and voice in two weeks, and Coach has used it in a flagship store. The public site is now a short page that says new engagements come by referral.
