Maven AGI Call Center AI Software

About Maven AGI

Maven AGI was founded in Boston in early 2023 by Jonathan Corbin, Sami Shalabi, and Eugene Mann. Corbin had run customer success at HubSpot and earlier worked at Adobe, Marketo, and Sprinklr. Shalabi led engineering for Google News and Google Play Newsstand and holds more than 50 patents. Mann worked on applied machine learning at Stripe and Google. All three had struggled to scale customer operations and set out to build an intelligence layer between enterprise data, AI models, and human teams.

The company launched its support platform in 2024 and has since stretched it across the customer journey, with agents for product discovery, inbound sales, onboarding, support, churn prevention, and upsell. A Graph of Record connects to systems such as Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk, Stripe, and Snowflake without moving data. Charters define what an agent knows and can do for each type of conversation, and Intelligent Fields turn each transcript into structured, reportable data.

Maven Voice answers calls on the telephony a company already uses, including Twilio, Genesys, and Cisco. Agent Designer gives CX teams a no-code place to tune and test agent behavior, and Agent Assist works inside Zendesk and Salesforce for human reps.

Maven raised an $8 million seed led by Lux Capital and a $20 million Series A led by M13 in 2024, then a $50 million Series B led by Dell Technologies Capital in June 2025 with Cisco Investments and SE Ventures. That brought funding to $78 million. Named customers include Tripadvisor, Ibex, SS&C Technologies, Clio, Rho, Check, and Papaya Pay.

Maven AGI  Pricing

Maven AGI does not publish a price list, and buyers book a demo for a quote. Its founder has said publicly that Maven charges per resolution, so customers pay for conversations the AI agents resolve rather than per seat. Contracts with large customers have been described by the company as multi-year, seven-figure enterprise deals.
