Flyle Call Center AI Software
About Flyle
Flyle was founded in Tokyo in February 2020 and is headquartered in Akasaka, Minato-ku. Its first product helped companies collect and analyze the voice of the customer. Feedback from calls, emails, surveys, and reviews was gathered in one place so product and service teams could see recurring requests and complaints instead of relying on anecdotes from the front line.
From that base Flyle has built a contact center AI suite aimed at Japanese enterprises. AI QA scores agent conversations automatically against a company's own criteria, replacing manual sampling. AI VOC analysis classifies feedback and surfaces trends. Flyle also runs CX surveys and AI interviews, in which an AI interviewer follows up with customers to dig into their answers. An AI data platform ties these sources together.
The newest piece is an AI Operator that answers customer inquiries across phone, chat, and email. Flyle announced it alongside its Series A and said general availability would come in November 2026. The company describes the goal as making the contact center the starting point for improving the customer experience across the whole business.
On October 7, 2026 Flyle announced a Series A of 1.88 billion yen, bringing total funding to roughly 2.27 billion yen. Investors include ALPHA, ALL STAR SAAS FUND, Firstlight Capital, Aflac Ventures Japan, Japan Post Capital, Salesforce Ventures, MUFG Capital, Mizuho Capital, and SMBC Venture Capital. Customers named in the announcement and on its site include NH Foods, Orient Corporation, Kaunet, and Q'SAI.
