Description:Calabrio is a workforce engagement management (WEM) software brand now inside Verint after a November 26, 2025 combination under Thoma Bravo. The calabrio.com site now presents Verint’s CX Automation Platform and Calabrio Workforce Management as a Verint-branded WFM module for inbound contact centers that want easier deployment and a balance of operational and employee-experience needs. Buyers who standardized on Calabrio still use those products; Verint has said Calabrio product names continue while the corporation operates as Verint.
