Calabrio Workforce Management Software
About Calabrio
Calabrio, Inc. is a Minneapolis WEM vendor founded in 2007. Thoma Bravo owned Calabrio and, on November 26, 2025, completed the merger in which Verint became a wholly owned subsidiary of Calabrio (8-K). In February 2026 the combined company chose the Verint corporate brand and said Calabrio products remain in the portfolio. Dave Rhodes, who had been Calabrio CEO, became Verint CEO. HQ historically: 241 North 5th Avenue, Suite 1000, Minneapolis; phone (855) 784-2807 appears in third-party directories. No separate 2026 Calabrio financials were sourced.
