Playvox Call Center Quality Assurance ("QA") Software

About Playvox

Playvox is a Sunnyvale WEM company founded in 2012 and acquired by NICE on October 1, 2024. It is now marketed as Playvox by NICE for quality, WFM, coaching, and back-office workforce optimization, including digital/CRM work. Buyers who bought Playvox for Zendesk/Salesforce-centric QA and scheduling remain on those products under NICE ownership. Playvox.com historically hosted the independent company; product pages now also live on nice.com. Independent 2026 revenue and headcount are not published. No further 2025–2026 corporate event beyond the completed NICE acquisition was sourced.
